Initially yes but we provide a VAT Form 407 for HM Customs to sign at Airport. Return this form and we reimburse the VAT.

Yes unless you have an EEC VAT number in which case no VAT is charged by us.

Yes. All equipments have been checked by an engineer before sale.

Initially yes but on presentation of the Shipping Documents we reimburse the VAT.

Place an order and buy. We will then send email with pricing for delivery.

I am a customer with a PO Box address can you deliver?

No. Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box only a full Postal Address. The solution is for us to use a shipping agent for collection from Airport/Port. But you must have a Postal Address for the documents.

I do not have Credit Card facility how do I pay?

Bank Transfer or Cheque but equipments will only be sent on clearance.

Do User Manuals come with the equipment?

Where possible Yes. But this may delay delivery as we have manuals commercially copied from our master library copy.

Is there an added cost for shipping and how much?

Yes. An estimated shipping cost is given when you place order. We will then confirm base

on destination Country or UK Post Code.

Do you Hire Equipment?

Yes but it does depend on the Equipment. Enquire using Contact Form

Yes but a deposit of 10% of selling price is required and we only keep for 7 working days unless agreed otherwise.
